Westmin Industries answered these requirements with the K200. The K200 is designed to handle the need for multiple media requirements by being able to use Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Sulfate, Corncob and Corn Cob Blastings.  This makes it the most versatile system on the job site.  

 

The K200 has:
  • 1.9 bag capacity
  • Quick, precise media flow adjustment
    • Allows for adjustment to an average usage rate of  3/4 lb. to 1-1/2 lbs. media flow per minute
    • Pots that have not been specifically designed to properly meter soda or corn cob can use an average of three to four - 50 lb. bags per hour
      • THERE GOES YOUR PROFIT MARGIN!
  • Two separate Air pressure adjustment regulators and moisture separators are located on the machine
  • This allows you to adjust blast line PSI at the pot NOT all the way back at the compressor
  • This eco-media pot is specifically designed so you can use up to a #7 (7/16") tip without losing blast efficiency by having a restriction creating an internal pressure loss inside the pot
